Our Home

After spending many years at the campsite, we eventually dreamed of having a place of our own in this beautiful area. In 1999, during the final days of our holiday, we made an impulsive decision: we bought a plot of land!

We had heard from a fellow camper that a piece of land was for sale in a fantastic location. We immediately jumped in the car to take a look. When we arrived at the plot, which was still agricultural land at the time, we were amazed by the view. It was truly one of the best, if not the best, locations in the village.

Construction of the house began in 2000. By December of that year, the first part of the house was completed: the foundation on which our future home would be built.

Once the house was completed in 2001, we were absolutely over the moon.      But it wasn’t long before we started dreaming of having a swimming pool.      With plenty of hard work, sweat and perseverance, that dream also became a reality.

To this day, we still enjoy our home and the beautiful surroundings to the fullest. It is a special place that has become a big part of our lives.
